The above-designated dog shall be a house pet and a member
of the family; it shall not be chained, tied or confined to
a pen, run or other enclosure outside of the house on a continuous
basis. It shall not be isolated from the rest of its family.
It shall not be left alone for long periods of time without
a companion. It shall not be forced to stay outside against
its will when it’s family is home.
If it is not currently neutered or spayed, it shall be by___________________.
At this time, the dog shall be tattooed or microchipped.
The dog will stay current on all vaccines and stay on heartworm
medicine all year round.
The undersigned will inform Bravehart Weimaraners of the veterinary
who will care for said dog.
It shall not be bred.
It shall at all times have your telephone number and address
on a collar tag.
Its health shall be maintained with the same consideration
as any other member of your family. The dog shall not be allowed
to become infested with fleas or parasites. Over the counter
flea control products are toxic and dangerous; check with
your vet for safe flea control.
The dog shall have plenty of daily exercise and stimulation.
Walks on leashes are to be done daily weather permitting –
all dogs need free running fun and socialising. If you can’t
provide this, please reconsider getting a dog.
If the dog is lost or stolen, Bravehart Weimaraners will be
notified at once.
Bravehart Weimaraners reserves the right to enforce this contract
in order to protect the welfare of the above-designated dog.
It is understood that Bravehart Weimaraners Dog Rescue may
examine and may make enquiry about this dog at any time. If
the terms and conditions of the Agreement are not upheld,
Bravehart Weimaraners Dog Rescue reserves the right to terminate
this Agreement and to reclaim the dog.
The dog may NOT be transferred to any other person for any
reason. If the adopter is forced to relinquish custody of
the dog at any time, said dog will be relinquished unconditionally
to Bravehart Weimaraners.
The adoption fee for this dog is $____________, and shall be
paid at the time this agreement is signed.
